The Public Pulse Analysis, titled “Causes and consequences of patient dissatisfaction with healthcare services in Ferizaj/Uroševac Municipality” addresses the opinions, impressions and assessments of citizens and patients of healthcare services and performance of healthcare employees in this Municipality. Results of the study show a low level of satisfaction with public healthcare institutions as well as with supply of medications and medical equipment in the Family Health Centers and the unequal treatment of patients.
