The Integrated Territorial Development 2 Project supports its 3 partner Municipalities Dragash/Dragaš, Shtërpcë/Štrpce and Viti/Vtina in strengthening their inter-municipal cooperation and piloting specific joint actions. Among other activities the 3 municipalities developed this joint informative brochure on the services provided by the 3 local governments and its respective directorates and departments. The target audience of this brochure are the communities of three municipalities, who use these services in their everyday life.
