Commentary on Law on Obligations in Practice

Commentary on Law on Obligations in Practice

April 17, 2018

In order to facilitate the implementation of the Law on Obligations in Practice it is considered important drafting a Commentary on this Law. The commentary, published in Albanian and Serbian languages, is the result of a multi-annual collaboration between the Ministry of Justice and the United Nations Development Programme in Kosovo.

The commentary is a concretization and interpretation of the provisions of the Law on Obligations and serves all persons involved in the justice system, including judges, prosecutors, lawyers, arbitrators, notaries, civil servants, students, legal offices of the publicly owned enterprises due to their work in the civil area and citizens in general.

There are two parts of commentary. The first book contains the interpretation of the general provisions on contractual and obligatory obligations and the second book containing the interpretation and comment of the provisions referring to the particular relationship of the contractual provisions.
